Sep 17, 2021 | Springfield Township, N.J. – Hodess Cleanroom Construction completed Evergreen Theragnostics’ new 15,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing and office facility. HCC was the design builder for the project, and teamed with Bergman and Associates and HL Turner for design.
The opening ceremony for the new facility took place the week of September 13, 2021. The new building was a Greenfield site, and HCC designed and performed all stages of construction from site work through cleanroom and mechanical for the entire, all-new two-story building. The project includes 7,000 sq. ft. of Grade B, C cleanroom manufacturing for Evergreen’s radiological healthcare products.
Said HCC’s President and CEO Blake Hodess, “We are very pleased to turn over this new facility ready for production to Evergreen, the site constraints, budget constraints and schedule , this is our fourth project with James Cook, CEO of Evergreen, and we are extremely appreciative of his continued trust in Hodess Cleanroom Construction.”
