Description

15,000 sf design-build project that included site clearing, sanitizing, new site drainage, concrete foundation, and a two-story structural steel building with insulated metal wall panels, storefront doors, windows, and a new rubber roof. The interior featured 8,000 sf of modular ISO 7 & 8 cleanrooms, 4,000 sf of office and common areas, and 3,000 sf of warehouse and shipping space. The project also included four new DX rooftop air handling systems, CDA, N2, purified water, new electrical, water, and gas service. This was the third project for the owner of Evergreen, who had previously worked at Advanced Accelerator Applications, where Hodess built their first US production facility.
