Northrop Grumman – Building 900 Projects / H Mod & Additional Projects Baltimore, MD

Description

Over the past 10 years, completed multiple projects for Northrop Grumman, including the replacement of their entire 30-year-old DI water system and the expansion of several ISO 5 cleanrooms in I, E, and F Modules. The largest project involved the demolition and renovation of H Module into a state-of-the-art manufacturing space with 100% filter coverage, raised access flooring, and all-new utilities. The scope also included the construction of a new central utilities building to support the upgraded facilities. Additional project scopes have included the completion of four phases of renovations to a 30,000 sf office building, converting the entire space into microelectronic assembly cleanrooms. The project included the installation of new rooftop units for cooling and make-up air, as well as new process utility systems, including DI water, compressed dry air (CDA), process chilled water (PCW), nitrogen (N₂), process vacuum (PVac), and wastewater treatment (WWT).
