HCC provided CM agency, with the owner holding the subcontracts, after HCC put the work out to bid.
HCC provided project management and full onsite supervision.
HCC self-performed the installation of the walls, ceilings and doors.
Walls and ceilings were Plascore UPVC Pharma Wall.
Other highlights included a new chilled water plant, new HVAC system, controls system, extension and modification of an existing plumbing system, as well as compressed air, and electrical upgrades.
